  • Information Abandoned land refers to real property, such as plots of vacant land, buildings, or other structures, whose owners have relinquished ownership rights. This can happen either voluntarily, through explicit statements, or involuntarily, through extended lack of use, failure to pay property taxes, or other obligations of property ownership as determined by state law. Unoccupied land refers to land that is undeveloped, unused, and has no structures or improvements built on it. It is essentially land that is not currently being used or inhabited by people.

  • Information Los terrenos abandonados se refieren a bienes inmuebles, como terrenos baldíos, edificios u otras estructuras, a cuya titularidad hayan renunciado los propietarios. Esto puede ocurrir voluntariamente, mediante declaraciones explícitas, o involuntariamente, por falta prolongada de uso, impago de impuestos prediales u otras obligaciones inherentes a la propiedad, según lo determine la ley estatal.Se entiende por terrenos baldíos a aquellos que no están urbanizados, sin uso y sin estructuras ni mejoras construidas. Se trata principalmente de terrenos que no están siendo utilizados ni habitados.
