  • Information Family farming includes all family-based agricultural activities, and it is linked to several areas of rural development. Family farming is a means of organizing agricultural, forestry, fisheries, pastoral and aquaculture production which is managed and operated by a family and predominantly reliant on family labour, including both women’s and men’s.

  • Information L’agriculture familiale englobe toutes les activités agricoles reposant sur la famille, en relation avec de nombreux aspects du développement rural. L’agriculture familiale permet d’organiser la production agricole, forestière, halieutique, pastorale ou aquacole qui, sous la gestion d’une famille, repose essentiellement sur de la main-d’œuvre familiale, aussi bien les hommes que les femmes.
