  • Information Régime foncier: est une relation, définie par la loi ou la coutume, entre des personnes, en tant qu’individus ou groupes, en ce qui concerne la terre. Le régime foncier est une institution, c’est à-dire des règles inventées par la société pour encadrer les comportements. Elles définissent comment l’accès est accordé à travers des droits d’utilisation, de contrôle et de transfert des terres, ainsi que les responsabilités et les restrictions associées.
