Definition

  • Information A situation that exists when all people, at all times, have physical, social and economic access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food that meets their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life. Based on this definition, four food security dimensions can be identified: food availability, economic and physical access to food, food utilization, and stability over time. The concept of food security is evolving to also recognize the centrality of agency and sustainability.

  • Information Situación que se da cuando todas las personas tienen, en todo momento, acceso físico, social y económico a suficientes alimentos inocuos y nutritivos para satisfacer sus necesidades alimentarias y sus preferencias en cuanto a los alimentos a fin de llevar una vida activa y sana. Con arreglo a esta definición, pueden determinarse cuatro dimensiones de la seguridad alimentaria: disponibilidad de alimentos, acceso físico y económico a los mismos, utilización de los alimentos y estabilidad a lo largo del tiempo. El concepto de seguridad alimentaria evoluciona para reconocer asimismo la importancia central del arbitrio y la sostenibilidad.

  • Information Situation dans laquelle chacun a, à tout moment, un accès matériel, social et économique à une nourriture suffisante, sûre et nutritive de nature à satisfaire ses besoins et préférences alimentaires et peut ainsi mener une vie saine et active. Suivant cette définition, on peut distinguer quatre dimensions de la sécurité alimentaire: disponibilités alimentaires, accès économique et matériel aux aliments, utilisation des aliments, et stabilité dans le temps. Le concept de sécurité alimentaire évolue de sorte à prendre en compte l’importance centrale de l’agencéité et de la durabilité.

  • Information حالة تتوافر فيها لجميع الناس، في كل الأوقات، الإمكانات المادية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية للحصول على غذاء كافٍ ومأمون ومغذٍ لتلبية احتياجاتهم من الأنماط الغذائية وأفضلياتهم الغذائية للتمتع بحياة موفورة النشاط والصحة. وانطلاقًا من هذا التعريف، يمكن تحديد أربعة أبعاد للأمن الغذائي، هي: توافر الأغذية، والإمكانية الاقتصادية والمادية للحصول على الأغذية، واستخدام الأغذية، واستقرار الأغذية على مرّ الزمن. ويتطور مفهوم الأمن الغذائي ليعترف أيضًا بالأهمية المحورية التي تتسم بها صفة الفاعل والاستدامة.
