تعريف

  • Information The reinforcement or creation of “the capacity of an organisation to generate, allocate and use human and financial resources effectively to attain development objectives, public or private”. It includes the building and strengthening of institutions and also their retrenchment or liquidation in the pursuit of sectoral, institutional or government-wide rationalisation of expenditure.
