  • Information Se refiere a la variación de genes y genotipos entre las especies y dentro de ellas. Es la suma total de información variada contenida en los genes de las distintas plantas, animales y microorganismos que habitan la tierra. La diversidad dentro de una especie la hace capaz de adaptarse a los cambios, ya sea de medio ambiente o de métodos agrícolas, o ante presencia de nuevas plagas o enfermedades.
