  • Information Se entiende por captura y suelta la modalidad de pesca con caña en la que, utilizando las artes, aparejos y cebos que reglamentariamente se determinen, todos los ejemplares capturados son devueltos vivos al agua de manera inmediata causándoles el menor daño posible. No se considerará como tal la devolución obligatoria de capturas de especies o ejemplares no autorizados o de talla no legal.
