  • Information La Convención sobre el Derecho del Mar define la Zona Económica Exclusiva (ZEE) como una zona que se extiende hasta 200 millas náuticas desde las líneas de base del mar territorial de un Estado costero. Confiere al Estado costero derechos y deberes sobre actividades como la exploración, explotación, conservación y gestión del medio marino, y asimismo reconoce los derechos y deberes de otros Estados dentro de la ZEE.

  • Information La Convention sur le droit de la mer définit la Zone économique exclusive (ZEE) comme une zone s’étendant jusqu’à 200 milles marins à partir des lignes de base de la mer territoriale d’un État côtier.
