  • Information Explotación infantil mediante cualquier forma de trabajo que prive a los niños y niñas de su infancia, interfiera con su asistencia regular a la escuela o sea perjudicial para su desarrollo físico, mental, social o moral. La calificación de ciertas formas de "trabajo" como "trabajo infantil" depende de factores como la edad del niño, la naturaleza y duración del trabajo, las condiciones en las que se realiza y los objetivos específicos de cada país. La definición puede variar no solo entre países, sino también entre diferentes sectores dentro de un mismo país.

  • Information Le travail des enfants désigne toute forme de travail qui prive les enfants de leur enfance, perturbe leur scolarité régulière ou nuit à leur développement physique, mental, social ou moral. La classification de certaines formes de travail comme « travail des enfants » dépend de facteurs tels que l'âge de l'enfant, la nature et la durée du travail, les conditions dans lesquelles il est effectué et les objectifs spécifiques de chaque pays. La définition peut varier non seulement d'un pays à l'autre, mais aussi d'un secteur à l'autre au sein d'un même pays.

  • Information The exploitation of children through any form of work that deprives children of their childhood, interferes with their ability to attend regular school, or is harmful to their physical, mental, social, or moral development. Whether certain forms of “work” qualify as “child labour” depends on factors such as the child’s age, the nature and duration of the work, the conditions in which it takes place, and the specific goals set by each country. The definition can vary not only between countries but also across different sectors within the same country.
