  • Information Columnaris is an infectious bacterial disease of freshwater fish leading annually to severe financial and material losses at fish farms worldwide. The disease is caused by Flavobacterum columnare, a member of Bacteroidetes, which is a major bacterial pathogen of farmed freshwater fish around the world.
