Definition

  • Information Most common Cu fertilizer. Formula: CuSO4.5H2O (24 percent Cu). It comes in particle sizes varying from fine powder to granular. A less hydrated form, CuSO4.H2O, contains 35 percent Cu. A poisonous blue crystalline copper salt sometimes used in fish culture as an algicide or in control of parasites and diseases.
