Exclosures are areas that involve excluding unwanted species or practices from (degraded) sites. Exclosures are generally land areas which are traditionally ‘open access’, where wood cutting, grazing and other agricultural activities are forbidden or strictly limited in order to promote the restoration and natural regeneration. They can also be used in aquatic contexts. (Adapted from Aerts, Raf & Nyssen, Jan & Haile, Mitiku. (2009). On the difference between “exclosures” and “enclosures” in ecology and the environment. Exclosures also provide knowledge about how grazing animals change the vegetation.

If starch is subjected to dry heat, it breaks down to form dextrins, also called "pyrodextrins" in this context. This break down process is known as dextrinization. (Pyro)dextrins are mainly yellow to brown in color and dextrinization is partially responsible for the browning of toasted bread. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Starch)
A physicist is a scientist who specializes in the field of physics, which encompasses the interactions of matter and energy at all length and time scales in the physical universe. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physicist)
