A Review of “Global Atlas of Excreta, Wastewater Sludge, and Biosolids Management: Moving Forward the Sustainable and Welcome Uses of a Global Resource”. Note
The term biosolids does not include untreated wastewater sludges, industrial sludges or the product produced from the high temperature incineration of sewage sludge. Many other solid waste materials are not classified as biosolids e.g., animal manures; food processing or abattoir wastes; solid inorganic wastes; and untreated sewage or untreated wastes from septic systems/sullage wastes.
The term longevity describes the ability to live a long life beyond the species-specific average age at death. (De Benedictis G, Franceschi C. The unusual genetics of human longevity. Sci Aging Knowledge Environ. 2006;2006(10):pe20. Published 2006 Jun 28. doi:10.1126/sageke.2006.10.pe20)
