Recently hatched fish larva that is still too immature to achieve motility, and therefore not yet capable of active feeding. A hatchling still possesses a yolk sac upon which it depends for nutrition. (ASFA Thesaurus)
Note
Hatchling is widely used in aquaculture for fish larvae just out of the egg. It is characterized by the presence of yolk sac hanging below from where it draws its nutrition for 2–3 days. At this stage the mouth is not formed and hence it does not take food from outside.

Net Protein Utilization (NPU) determines the ratio of amino acid converted to proteins in the body (or retained in the body) to the ratio of amino acids supplied in the diet. NPU measures percent of dietary protein retained in the body. (Adapted from https://open.oregonstate.education/animalnutrition/chapter/chapter-12/)
Note
Net protein utilization and biological value both measure the same parameter of nitrogen retention, however, the difference lies in that the biological value is calculated from nitrogen absorbed whereas net protein utilization is from nitrogen ingested.

An official record or list of each land parcel, which shows the ownership details and rights associated with each land parcel. The land register is used to record the transactions with the rights. Changes to land parcel boundaries should also be recorded in the land register. The land register is usually open to the public to find out details of the land parcels, ownership and rights. Two main objectives of the land register are to protect rights in land and to make it easier and cheaper to sell, give, lease or mortgage those rights. Energy security is the uninterrupted availability of energy sources at an affordable price. Long-term energy security mainly deals with timely investments to supply energy in line with economic developments and environmental needs. Short-term energy security focuses on the ability of the energy system to react promptly to sudden changes in the supply-demand balance.
