Il numero o la percentuale di pesce che sopravvive (fuoriuscendo) a una certa attività di pesca al termine della stagione e che raggiunge le zone di riproduzione. Il termine è in genere utilizzato nel caso della gestione delle specie anadrome, quale il salmone, ma anche per la pesca dei calamari.
