  • Çok Boyutlu Yoksulluk Endeksi (ÇBYE) aynı zaman zarfında insanların yüz yüze kaldığı ciddi yoksunlukları göstermek için tasarlanan yeni bir ölçüdür,üç boyutta (yaşam standartları, sağlık ve eğitim) hane halkı düzeyinde örtüşen yoksunlukları tanımlamakta ve yoksul insanların ortalama sayısı ile yoksul hanelerin içinde bulunduğu yoksunlukları göstermektedir.
