  • Dolaz, made of long time boiling of whey of white (Beyaz cheese), was a traditional cheese of Isparta region. Dolaz cheese is a traditional cheese produced from whey by nomads in the Lakes region (Isparta, Afyon and Antalya) in Turkey. It is generally made from ewe's and goat's milk.
