Dolaz, made of long time boiling of whey of white (Beyaz cheese), was a traditional cheese of Isparta region. Dolaz cheese is a traditional cheese produced from whey by nomads in the Lakes region (Isparta, Afyon and Antalya) in Turkey. It is generally made from ewe's and goat's milk.

Dolaz (Tort) peyniri, ülkemizde Akdeniz Bölgesinde Isparta ve çevresinde üretilen koyun, keçi ve inek sütlerinden yapılan beyaz peynirlerin peynir altı sularının uzun süre kaynatılıp, soğutulup bez torbalardan süzdürülmesiyle elde edilen koyu veya açık kahverengi renkte bir peynirdir.
