  • Mixed ownership companies: these results from when a government or ownership entity chooses a strategic private sector partner to invest in a state-owned enterprise (SOE), typically to gain access to commercial and industry experience, establishes a new SOE in partnership with the private sector, or partially privatizes an enterprise, such as through a partial public listing on a stock market.
