DEFINICIÓN

  • The measure of the ability of a wheat to produce a high yield of flour with required characteristics by a predetermined milling method. In rice, milling quality denotes the ability of rice kernels to withstand dehusking and polishing without breakage, and to yield high amount of recovery.
