Çoğunlukla, Doğu, Güney ve Güney Doğu Anadolu bölgelerinde yapılan ve telemenin ufalanıp tuzlandıktan sonra, keçi postuna (tulum) veya plastik bidonlara sıkıca doldurularak belli bir süre olgunlaştırılan, yarı sert karakterde peynir çeşidi, kuru tulum peyniri.

in rural areas of Eastern Anatolia but sometimes goat milk, and cow milk added sheep milk probably due to the inadequacy of sheep milk.
