A fin de aumentar la resiliencia ante un clima cambiante, los países tienen que plantearse ahora una planificación a medio y largo plazo a través de planes nacionales de adaptación (PNA) en el marco de las prioridades nacionales en aras de un desarrollo de los sectores agrícolas resiliente al clima y con bajas emisiones, para armonizar y mantener el crecimiento, la seguridad alimentaria y la reducción de la pobreza.

Afin de renforcer la résilience face au changement climatique, les pays doivent désormais envisager une planification à moyen et long termes en adoptant des PNA dans le cadre des priorités nationales pour le développement de secteurs agricoles à faibles émissions et résilients face au changement climatique, afin de faire concorder et de soutenir la croissance, la sécurité alimentaire et la réduction de la pauvreté.
