Accises, ou droits d’accise, qui sont perçues sur les produits ayant une incidence négative sur la santé publique. Ces accises visent des produits spécifiques, tels que des aliments présentant une forte densité énergétique et une faible valeur nutritionnelle, et ont pour but d’accroître le coût relatif de ces produits par rapport à des aliments nutritifs de manière à en réduire la consommation et à prévenir ou limiter les répercussions sur la santé, tout en procurant des ressources au budget de l’État.
