  • Information Land with low productivity due to biophysical conditions such as rugged terrain, poor soil quality, extreme weather conditions (including scattered and low precipitations) and other factors, or productive land constrained by socioeconomic factors such as human-induced land degradation, market price instability, land tenure conditions and limited access to markets and infrastructure, which render it incapable of cost-effective production under given conditions.
