  • Information Tek sarmallı RNA içeren, Thrips tabaci, Frankliniella schultzei, F. occidentalis ve F. fusca (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) ve öz su ile taşınan, biber, marul, bezelye, tütün, patates, domates, patlıcan ve pek çok süs bitkisi başta olmak üzere 34 familyadan 166 bitki türü ile çok geniş bir konakçı dizisi olan, konakçılarında klorotik ve nekrotik lekeler, halkalar, cüceleşme, enasyon, yapraklarda bronzlaşma, bitki boyunda kısalma, olgun meyvede soluk kırmızı renk ve sarı alanlar görülmesi gibi belirtilere neden olan tospovirüs.   • Information Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) (family Tospoviridae, genus Orthotospovirus, species Orthotospovirus tomatomaculae) infects >1000 different plant species from 90 botanical families, including ornamental, fruit, horticultural, and agronomic crops (Ruark-Seward et al., 2020). Tomato spotted wilt virus is a polyphagous thrips-transmitted pathogen inducing significant economic losses in agriculture, particularly on tomato plants.
