Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi, Türkiye'nin yedi coğrafi bölgesinden biridir. Anadolu topraklarındaki konumunda doğuda yer alması nedeniyle Birinci Coğrafya Kongresi tarafından 1941 yılında böyle isimlendirilmiştir. Ülkenin, nüfus yoğunluğu ve nüfusu en az olan bölgesidir.
